The Location

The four buildings at The Landings on Amelia River are thoughtfully situated on an expansive 8-acre waterfront site, offering a rare sense of space and privacy. Watch the video below to experience what it's like once you enter the gate.

Building On A Great Foundation

Building 4 continues the timeless architectural style established by Buildings 1 through 3, while thoughtfully incorporating refined design elements that reflect today’s tastes and standards. With updated finishes and enhanced interior details, it offers a fresh take on classic coastal living.

Building 4 Progress

Building 4 continues to move steadily toward completion. Today, exterior waterproofing is well underway, while inside, drywall installation is progressing throughout the residences, bringing each home one step closer to life on the river.

June 28th, 2025 Update - John covers the progress being made with waterpoofing and drywall.

Builidng 4 Progress

Stay tuned for the progress updates. The team has been working hard to complete the shell of the building, and now the trades are focusing on the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems. Next up is drywall, then the finishing work begins with flooring, cabinets, trim, and all the details Julia Hall & Team have been working on to make these the most sought-after Residences on Amelia Island.

July - 2025

Construction Updates - The majority of July has been focused on waterproofing the exterior, and paintwork has begun over the stucco. Additionally, interior drywall has been completed on 50% of the units, and tile installation has already started on 2 of the units. All materials are on-site, and immediately after the tile is installed, the flooring will be installed.

June - 2025

Construction Updates - Core of the building complete with roof, walls, interior trade work on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection nearing completion. The Next Phase is exterior waterproofing and interior drywall.
